Performs troubleshooting and maintenance of plant electrical and controls systems. Performs/assists with new installations of electrical power and controls. Performs modifications to existing electrical systems. Assists with planning and implementation of future work and electrical warehousing.
Perform plant electrical preventative and predictive maintenance.
Troubleshooting and resolution of plant electrical and control problems.
Assist with planning of future work and electrical part warehousing.
Maintain and update plant CMMS.
Selected candidate must be able to be trained on level 1 certification within 6 months and on level 2 within 1st year of employment.

Must be able to read/write English.
Ability to work in elevated areas.
Must be able to operate machinery.
Basic computer skills.
Must be able to perform physical job duties including bending/stooping, climbing ladders, open/close valves, pounding with hammer and work in confined spaces.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must be able to work under special work conditions, such as extreme heat or cold.
Ability to work overtime.
Ability to work holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts.
High School diploma or Equivalent.
Must be able to perform maintenance trades including electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Able to troubleshoot up to 480 V.
Able to operate heavy equipment.
Prior experience in production related work.
Possess basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
Able to interpret, understand and create electrical schematics.
Allen Bradley programming experience.
Wonderware programming experience.
Working knowledge of predictive maintenance technology (vibration, oil, infrared, ultrasonic analysis, etc.)
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make independent decisions.
Working knowledge of SAP or other asset management system.
