Position Purpose & Summary

This position will be responsible for handling Part of West Bengal (Kolkata) and develop 50 MT / per month business. Position will be the key point of contact between an Distributor and Secondary Market. Key responsibilities are handling customer queries, offering advice and introducing new products in the market as per Area Sales Manager instructions. Position will require regular market visits, demonstrating product and services.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Sales target

-Achieve sales target as assigned by the company

-Distributor target planning and implementation

-Achieve secondary sales target

-Development of new outlets for sales growth

-Identify potential customers to achieve sales target

  • Stock movement

-Plan and organize primary billing of distributor for the month

-Plan secondary sales of the stock billed for the distributor

  • Payment collection

-Followup for payment

-On time receipt of payment from distributor

-Manage movement of payments from distributor for secondary market20%

  • Brand development

-Conduct marketing activities and schemes as guided

-Assist in executing activities that improve brand recall in market

-Build brand in the secondary and primary markets

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate or degree in any stream

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and in handling distributors

  • Good and effective communication skills

  • Good negotiation skills

  • Planning & Network management competencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate or degree in any stream

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and in handling distributors

  • Food industry experience is must
