Position Summary

The CE NA Lead Coordinator helps drive sales growth by managing all lead activity for FIBI NA Food Ingredients. This position is the first point of contact for handling inquiries. They are responsible for recording, assigning and tracking leads that originate both online and off-line. This position partners with the Sales and Marketing organization to enhance and manage the lead process, track metrics, and manage the dashboards to show outcomes of all leads from acquisition to conversion.

Principal Accountabilities

60% Lead Management: Manage all lead activities for the FIBI NA Food Ingredient Business including, but not limited to the following:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for all inquiries for FIBI NA Food Ingredients

  • Document all applicable leads in Salesforce.com (records, assigns, and monitors tracking)

  • Manage the initial marketing and sales lead vetting process and qualification

  • Answer phone leads and direct to the appropriate Account Managers when applicable while documenting in Salesforce.com

  • Utilize Salesforce.com to monitor and update contacts and ensure accurate lead information is recorded appropriately

  • Manage the service level agreement (SLA) monitoring and workflow, and is responsible for the initial contact timeline commitment

  • Assist with information gathering for Sales and Marketing lead generation campaigns

  • Partner with systems administrators to ensure tools are properly working (e.g. lead forms, automatic Salesforce.com population)

  • Assist the process lead with the Salesforce.com lead, campaign, and contact process design, development, implementation and improvement

20% Lead Dashboard Management: Manage the lead dashboard for FIBI NA Food Ingredients in Salesforce.com. Develop and implement a master dashboard that aggregates all lead activity, as well as dashboards for specific marketing campaigns. Monitor the lead SLAs and follow the escalation process if SLAs are not being met. Manage an overall lead scorecard for Sales and Marketing Leadership. Provide analysis when needed for strategic decision making.

20% Marketing and Sales Support: Support the development and execution of sales activation and marketing initiatives, including progress and metric monitoring. Support the development and execution of Account Based Marketing initiatives, including providing support to sales team with targeted accounts.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics

  • 1 year (or more) of Sales Operations and/or Sales experience, or other business related experience, preferably in a corporate setting with a proven ability to achieve results

  • Excellent computer skills which include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and other sales enablement applications or similar Information Technology (IT) systems

  • Passion to help sales succeed and the ability to engage lead and hold team accountable

  • Strong communications (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex change

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com infrastructure, features, and integration methods

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with solid performance / results

  • Fast learner and innovative with technical and non-technical problem solving and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with aspects of technology development and implementation

  • Able to think and act creatively, strategically, and tactically

  • Strong analytical skills, focus, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred

  • 1 year (or more) of Sales Operations and/or Sales experience, or other business related experience in a corporate setting with a proven ability to achieve results
