The CE NAAssistant Marketing Manager (AMM) will lead marketing on behalf of the CEShared Sales organization. They willpartnerwith Shared Sales Account Managers, Businesses Stakeholders, DistributionPartners, Technical and Marketing practitioners to develop and deploy targetedmarketing plans and campaigns, with the objective of driving incremental growth.The AMM will utilize methods such as analyzing key metrics, and partnering withsales, accounting and marketing teams to develop plans and implement thoseplans through coordination with sales management and sales team members. Thisposition will ensure focus on driving sales goal achievement.

Other responsibilities of theCE NA Assistant Marketing Managerinclude marketing communication strategies and tacticswith customers and prospects through all appropriate channels, and providingdirection/development of needed sales materials, collateral, and tools. A key member of the marketing teamresponsible for the utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toexecute marketing plans and campaigns. This position will create reports basedon their analysis of sales and marketplace data as well as executed marketinginitiatives.

50% Leadsmarketing planning, development, and deployment for Shared Sales Customer &Prospects

  • Manage the Shared Sales Segmentation and driveexecution of the segment marketing plans & strategies

  • Own development and execution of marketingplans and campaigns for each segment

  • Own & manage CE Shared Sales Marketingcalendar and associated marketing campaigns

  • Utilize SFDC Marketing and Sales clouds andother supporting tools

  • Align and coordinate marketing initiativeswith FIBI distribution partner(s), act as central point of contact forpartner-like distributors for all Cargill co-branding marketing initiatives

  • Partner withCE data & customer insights team to analyze and leverage customer andmarketplace insights

  • Identify aselect group of high potential targets from the Shared Sales segmentation andstrategically develop and deploy marketing campaigns targeted towards thisgroup (Account Based Marketing)

40%Develop and deploy communication and sales activation tools

  • Preparation and management of content andformat of presentations for marketing plan execution

  • Develop sales collateral materials inpartnership with SME’s

  • Support Sales team understanding of valuepropositions and assist with communication of value propositions to customers

  • Partner withCE MarComm & Digital team to execute components of marketing plans &campaigns

  • Develop &deploy Account Based Marketing strategies and marketing plans & campaigns

  • Utilizeexisting tools to better enable success when execution marketing strategies

  • Partner withCE MarComm & Biz Marketing partners to develop and execute lead generationcampaigns

  • Partner withCE & Business stakeholders to create a point of view around categories andexecute marketing initiatives to grow presence in categories

10% Measuresand communicates results of marketing initiatives

  • Act as a member of the SSLT team as themarketing tag

  • Measures marketing plan and campaignperformance

  • Monitor and analyze SFDC opportunity pipelineto seek to understand where there are areas for focused marketing initiatives

  • Develop shared success criteria and metricswith customer teams that measure results both quantitatively and qualitatively.

  • Partner with CESales Operations to understand GPS targets and develop marketing initiatives toassist the sales team in achieving targets



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing

  • 5 years of B2B Marketing or sales experience


  • Passion to help Cargill succeed in becoming customer Partner of Choice

  • Ability to engage Business stakeholders and hold team accountable

  • Strong communications (written and oral) and analytical skills

  • Excellent computer skills which includeproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially excel and PowerPoint),, and other sales enablement applications or similar Information Technology(IT) systems

  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to managemultiple tasks with solid performance / results

  • Fast learner and innovative with technical andnon-technical problem solving and organizational skills

  • Able to think and act creatively, strategically,and tactically

  • Proven ability to adapt to complex change

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability towork independently and in a team environment

  • Experience with presentation and salescollateral development


  • Travel up to 10%
