Cargill Supply Chain Team Lead in Warsaw, Poland

Job Purpose and Impact

The Supply Chain Team Lead will be responsible to help maintain customer relationships and will serve as an escalation point for service issues and will run analytics for routine operations in the order management and other processes across supply chain for grains, oilseeds and meals in Poland. In this role, you will drive customer focus and achievement of the company sales and revenue objectives by delivering exceptional customer service and effective supply chain.

Work in a hybrid system - 2/3 days a week in the office in Warsaw.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage a team of 11 of customer service and planning representatives

  • Conduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.

  • Assist in development and maintenance of strong, collaborative customer relationships through proactive engagement and stakeholders management on complex customer issues, where escalation will likely be required.

  • Analyze customer service issues and drive service level improvements through data analysis and insights and conduct root cause analysis on complex, repetitive and common issues

  • Collaborate on supply chain improvement areas with team members and customers to improve established practices and policies.

  • Influence team to make better decisions to drive revenue growth and customer experience.

  • Drive change and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain organization.

  • Drive automation and digitalization processes to improve customer experience and smooth internal processes.

  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance review

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFIATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service, Supply chain or Logistics leadership experience

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

  • Fluent English and Polish

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in agriculture industry

  • Change management experience

  • Experience working with various transport models (water, rail, road)

  • Experience working in international environment with many stakeholders
