Position Purpose & Summary
公司與客戶溝通的橋樑，傳達公司經營理念與產品推廣，達成銷售量成長的目標，創造公司獲利。A bridge of communication between customers and the company, convey the company philosophy and product promotion, to reach the target of sales growth, creating the company profitable.
1.30% : 依據行銷策略，落實提供產品、技術、服務客戶，以傳達公司價與正確動物營養知識給客戶。Based on the marketing strategy, the implementation of products, technologies, services to customers, in order to convery the values of the company with the right animal nutrition knowledge to customers.
2.20% :訪潛在客戶,開拓市場。Visit potential customers, to develop new markets.
3.20% :與客戶的價值溝通,確保公司的競爭優勢。Implementation of the value communication with the customer, and to ensure the company’s competitive advantage.
4.15%: 執行應收帳款回及掌握客戶信用狀況，避免呆帳及不必要的損耗。Its accounts receivable back and grasp the customers’ credit status, avoid bad debt and unnecessary wear and tear.
5.10% :即時反應市場訊息，以提供公司制定策略與行動方案之依據。The immediate reaction of the market message to the company to develop a strategy and action program based on.
Education, Experience, Skills
精通國台語 / MS電腦應用中等 / 具備自小客車駕照及自小客車 / 溝通能力強。(Proficient in Mandarin and Taiwanese / MS applications moderate / With car driver’s license and car / Good communication skills.)
畜牧或獸醫相關科系畢業Animal husbandry or veterinary related field
具良好銷售能力With good sales skill.
