Cargill Technical Business Associate in Philippines

The Technical Business Associate under Noah Poultry will be responsible in growing the sales through establishing connections, providing quality service and coaching farm personnel in hitting the shared goal of the farm and increasing their farm productivity. Technical experience and selling skills are highly preferable

20% To adapt the Cargill culture of Complete Safety and exhibit the values under CLE model

· Regular Greenbook discussion thru team and peer to peer

· Submission of Safe Reports and attend safety trainings

· Execute Full Engagement scorecard by submitting TYC, GT

· Exhibits behavior in the CLE

30% To implement strategies set in the Business Plan and execute the Go to Market Plan of the region

· Conducts set Value Creation Activities such as POP collection and DnC submission

· Conduct farm performance and business review with the customer

· Implements in-farm services such as EAS, DOC scoring, and farm performance monitoring thru regular farm visits

40% To hit the annual volume target and other parameters set in the Balance Score Card

· Open New Farms, Set-up Feeding trials,

· Generate Winning POP’s, Conduct Feeder Group Meeting and Step by Step activities on farm

· Managing after-sales services such as OTIF, VOC, and relationship building activities

· Collaborates with other support team to ensure volume commitment achievement

10% Admin works

Submission of weekly activity reports, expense reports etc

Minimum Requi r edQualifications

· Minimum 3 years experienced in technical and sales operation

· WithCollege degree

· With driver’s license

· Effective communicator and knowledgeable in MS Word, Power Point and Excel

P r efer r ed Qualifications

· B.S. Animal Science Graduate or any related course with Sales Background

· Minimum 5 years experienced in sales and technical poultry practice

· With driver’s license

· Effective communicator and knowledgeable in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
