  • Manage the strategic pricing process for allbusiness product lines to support delivery of 1) business objectives (primarilyfinancial) and 2) specific customer and market targets using the customersegmentation process.

  • Optimize the margin structure in the long termcontract models on behalf of business and commercial managers.

  • Drivethe adoption of—or improvement in—pricing strategies, competencies, processes,systems, tools and incentives.

  • Setpricing targets to maximize profitability, utilizing all available information(strategy, market, cost, competition etc.) to understand and anticipate marketchanges

  • Supportthe product lines strategy execution through the different strategic pricingmodels.

  • Supportthe sales team in developing regional & account plans, preparing andexecuting deal management

  • Maintainpricing subject matter expertise, staying abreast of developments and bestpractices

  • Provideclear guidance, support, leadership and where required change management in theexecution of the different pricing processes in achieving the different productlines objectives.

  • Mentorand coach the pricing function organisation and indirectly the commercial teams

  • Providethought leadership to identify and execute on actions to improveprofitability.Partner with otherfunctions to ensure changes result in sustainable value creation

  • Drive any needed cultural changes to inspire theorganization urgency

  • Ensuredevelopment and implementation of the strategic pricing process.

  • Developa standard process for the implementation and execution of Long Term contractsstrategy by customer or product line.

  • Developtools and processesto improve qualityand delivery efficiency of pricing function

  • Optimizeconnection with adjacent commercial processes like customer segmentation andcustomer contact process.


  • University degree (Preferred MBA)

  • 5to 10 years commercial experience in B2B international business environment

  • Knowledge/Experienceof a pricing process in a manufacturing company

  • Tableau and/or PowerBI

  • Strongend-to-end business knowledge


  • A thought leader who will guide thetransformation of the businesses pricing function

  • Keen sense of priorities and outspoken advocateof the bottom line

  • Strong Project and Change Management experience,demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire people from different functionalareas to achieve a desired outcome

  • A tenacious, hands-on mentality, capable ofexecuting under pressure

  • Strong analytical proficiencies to deriveinsights from large and complex sets of business data

  • Experience leading and developing a team

  • Atenacious, hands-on mentality, capable of executing under pressure
