This position is expected to expand localdistribution in Visayas area.

  • Execute business development plans, customerdevelopment and growth strategies for new and existing offerings.

  • Identify new prospective customers and qualifynew sales opportunities.

  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics.

  • Sell and distribute feed macro materials likeSoybean Meal, Coprameal, Feedwheat, etc.

  • Manage customer relationship

  • Handle and solve customer complaints (delivery,quality, etc)

  • Gather market intelligence (local prices,competition, players, etc) and report daily to Distributions Manager

  • Protect company assets and interests.

  • Represent the company in the area.

  • Create stability and Drive growth in the area. Leverageproprietary Intellectual Property and technology to address customer needs,linked to product and service sales.

  • Initiate, develop, and maintain customer workingrelationship with external/internal customers/clients.

  • Lead customer-facing efforts to generate demand.

  • Ensure proper weights and quality ofinbound/outbound materials.

  • Prepares reports and provide trade/logisticsinformation relevant to the business.

  • Adhere to the company’s environment, health andsafety policies and procedures.


Required Qualifications

  • Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant fields of study.

  • At least one (1) year of progressive external sales and business development with a good track record and experience in the Industry.

  • Strong understanding of Key Account Management, including good prospecting and closing skills.

  • Proven leader with strong analytical and conceptual skills.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures within business-to-business sales, preferably in agriculture products selling.

  • Willing to travel around Visayas island – Iloilo, Bacolod, Bohol, etc

Preferred Qualification

2years of progressive external sales and business development with a good trackrecord and experience in the Industry.
