To Develop Completed database related to electrical equipment, P&ID and automation within the Plant
To Conduct own assessment and discuss with location management regarding any “manual process” or Manual Measurement/testing” that could be transform into automation or “Real Time Data Capture” to improve Safety & efficiency, reduce operational cost or improve product quality
To Create completed database related to “Arc Flash” calculation for the Plant
To Ensure Plant Operation is comply with Cargill Electrical Safety Policy
To guide the implementation of Electrical Equipment Maintenance program toward achieving optimum plant reliability performance, maintenance costs, maintenance efficiencies, and high performing employees
To assist and guide the site team to establish proper documentation for their Electrical Maintenance program/activity as per Cargill Standard
To ensure all approved Best Practices related to AEI are implemented
To ensure Cargill environment, health and safety procedures are implemented and complied within Electrical maintenance team
To Lead/Guide/Assist some Automation/Electrical project, Including :
Project planning and implementation
Procurement coordination and follow up
Financial and cost control
Health and Safety
Knowledge: Technical/ electrical automation calculations and theories.
Comprehension: Attach meaning to facts and information.
Application: Use, apply transfer what you learned (engineering theories, calculations, technical facts, and other facts) to other situations.
Analysis: Examine information by looking at its separate parts, use RCA.
Synthesis: Put together or combine what you have already learned, understood, and analyzed into something new and different.
Evaluation: Make judgments about the work, or value, or quality of an idea or an item – a choice you can defend
University degree in electrical, automation and instrumentation field or minimum diploma
Experienced as Electrical Supervisor as preference
Experienced in dealing with contractors on automation / scada system project
Supervision and management
Accounting / Management Reporting comprehension
Local government relations: Understand the procedures related to customs and custom clearance, taxes and duties, critical equipment’s government regulation requirements
