Job Purpose and Impact

The Project Manager will oversee and handle the operational aspects of new and ongoing working capital projects and will serve as a liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. In this role, you will provide strategic vision, working capital expertise, to review the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the expected value realization of the project.

Key Accountabilities

· Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.

· Adhere to internal and external quality standards.

· Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.

· Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.

· Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience working with global teams in payables and receivables

  • Extensive Celonis analytics expertise in payables and receivable use cases

  • Proven experience establishing and leading Working Capital programs across Business and Functions

  • Experience leading Working Capital innovation projects including project managing innovation events (e.g., hackathons, learning campaigns).

  • Certified in Design thinking methodology
