Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Payroll Administrator will provide support to human resource services spanning payroll and other transactions. In this role, you will ensure efficient service center operations, technology and transactions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure delivery of timely and accurate pay to approximately 52,000 employees. Strong collaboration and process delivery across NA HR Operations

  • Support the development of standards and procedures to handle employee questions and transactions and administer human resource programs.

  • Support the coordination of services with the human resource information systems, program managers and technology specialists.

  • Help lead the organization's human resources.

  • Analyze data and modify compensation to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

  • Maintain employment records related to payroll updates and systems.

  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience (1 – 2 Years of Experience)

  • Intermediate Excel

  • Advanced English

  • Experience in Payroll processes

Preferred

  • Human resources certificate

  • Advanced student or graduate in HR or related careers

  • Experience in US Payroll processes
