Job Purpose

The Learning and Engagement Coordinator, will plan, coordinate, and execute foundational training needs on behalf of the Administrative Services organization and accumulate these in a training program for global administrative professionals as well as all other technical support function development. In this role, you will be crucial to the development and execution of an effective and coordinated learning for the designated area within all layers of the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate training activities with internal subject matter experts and learning champions, under direct supervision of the Learning & Engagement Specialist

  • Communicate and schedule learning sessions, update and publish learning content.

  • Manage Administrative Learning Program (ALP) access, scheduling, onboarding, and training.

  • Develop, implement, and improve processes to support effective delivery of onboarding and ongoing learning programs.

  • Collaborate with operational managers, under direct supervision, to identify elemental training needs for the business in line with the L&E strategy.

  • Collaborate in the selection of external training vendors based on company requirements and guidelines.

  • Assist in the development of relevant training concepts that fit the need of the internal customers.

  • Assist in the identification and development of evaluation systems to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.

  • Track and record all training activities and be responsible for administration of training records.

  • Provide monthly and quarterly statistics on hours, cost, attendance, delivery and planned activities.

  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Fluent English speaker

  • Strong skills in data analytics

  • Proficient experience with SharePoint, Power Point, PDF, Outlook, Power BI

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong reasoning and analytical skills

  • Experience with different training methods and educational tools

  • Experience in CI (Lean Six Sigma)
