Role is based in Costa Rica tied to CBS Costa Rica Cargill location.

Job Purpose

The CBS HR Leader will deliver value chains focused on organization, culture, leadership skill building, consistent employee and manager experience and sustain a high performance and learning culture. In this role, you will lead a team of specialists to execute and deliver employee experience services such as onboarding, local training delivery, proactively coach leaders in partnership with the functions, local employee engagement and recognition programs. You will play an important role engaging local stakeholders and global functional leaders to drive key initiatives through strong partnership as part of your daily work while inspiring team members to commit on high quality deliverables for managers and employees.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create diversity, equity and inclusion center plan to enable the achievement of complex defined functional plans.

  • Optimize onboarding, cross skilling and redeployment of employees while also building an inclusive culture.

  • Deliver cross functional leadership academy designed by the center of expertise and cross functional skill building.

  • Provide proactive hiring instead of reactive hiring practices with strategic thinking and planning discussion with managers and essential team for talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding.

  • Manage cross functional rotations and talent development programs.

  • Support proactive conservation and initiatives to enable managers to enhance the capability in performance management and performance engagement.

  • Consult with human resources and business managers and supervisors to interpret and deliver complex employee experience programs and processes while fostering key internal and external relationships, including business leaders, functional leaders, hiring managers and domain professionals.

  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated ability in partnering with leadership team with proven track on milestone wins

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement related processes and client focused solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and lead by influence

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of supervisory experience
