Principal Accountabilities

  • Support the implementation of EHS programs including Ramp-In, monthly safety training and other initiatives as deemed necessary

  • Ensure that training information and material is communicated and demonstrated promptly and accurately

  • Train new employees and assist in new hire training efforts within each department; communicate new hire progress to plant supervision

  • Ensure that new hire resources, supplies, and materials are available

  • Provide on-the-job training with the support of buddy trainers for new hires on boarding and coaching team members

  • Ensure all team members have the tools, resources, information, and ability to perform their job duties

  • Learn processes in all areas of production (RTC, FAB, Pack Out, and Meat Prep), PFS, FSQR, Safety, and Safety & Ergonomics

  • Be available to tour prospective candidates for production/support positions

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge and skills: familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Must be able to read, write and comprehend English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work history in the past 12 months
