This position is a single contributor role and primarily concern with the day to day fundingoperational activities and close collaborationwith the different PRTP onshore and CBS.


  • Assist in the preparation of the daily cash position report – including extraction of bank statement- daily recon

  • Prepare JE for fund transfer

  • Asists in the preparation of required documents for host to host payments

  • Check preparation and matching of payments

  • Receives and receipts payments; verifies and posts to appropriate accounts;

  • Preparation of cash receipt for bank deposit

  • Coordinate with retained and CBS PRTP and OTRSC team on various issues related to payments and receipts of businesses; issues receipts investigates and resolves any out-of-balance problems.

  • Coordinate with Regional Treasury on certain requirements as needed

  • Coordinate with external banks for funding and other payment related issues

  • Decision making in the funding requirement and issues encounter on day to day

  • To be part of the process improvement project in the Treasury function

  • Month end requirement

  • Checks that all entries that are related to payment and collection are posted.

  • Other Duties as Assigned


Requi r edQualifications:

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance …

  • Experience with JDE system is preferred

  • With 1-2 years work experience in multinationalcompany

  • Willingness and capability to grow further in tothe Finance organization

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written,customer service and social skills, especially with contacts from bothtechnical and financial background

  • highly organised, detail oriented, and have asense of urgency to complete tasks promptly and accurately.

  • flexible outlook and are able to take care offrequent interruptions and changing priorities

  • can work independently with minimun guidance

  • Internal candidates with Corporate FinancialReporting exposure/ experience a plus
