Description

  • Is the driver of compliant change and design inall incoming projects? He/she must ensure that the Cargill FSQR standards areapplied during the entire project: from its design to its implementation, tosupport, energize and contribute to the improvement of FSQR with all projectleaders within SEA.

  • Ensure risk assement is complted prior toproject execution.

  • Robust sampling plans are in place with newprojects to minimise the risk.

  • Ensure FSQR is represented in all key projectsfrom the beginning

  • Support and coordinate the supplier qualityqualification process for CPSEA region

  • Ensure “no spec no buy” implementation throughsourcing process for the region.

  • Verify Raw & Pack Validation is completed atcountry level for FSQR requirement.

  • Proactively work with sourcing team to make surealternative (dual sourcing) supplier programme in place for each of thecountry.

  • Provide technical support & expertise inquality & food safety related problem solving, aligned sampling method,material risk analysis & crisis management.

  • Manages/ performs supplier quality audits forregional supplier or assigns the duty to the most competent supplier qualitymanager within the respective country

  • Have an overview of co-packing facility withinCPSEA to make sure Cargill products are produced and released as per Cargillstandard

  • Offers supplier quality expertise to new productdevelopment as first point of contact

  • Provides consolidated regional report and KPI onregional supplier KPI and audits

  • Gives reactive input to purchasing team on SQperformance and coordinates action plans to improve regionals results

  • Support country supplier development and QIDmanager and ensures their process are best practice; monitors, measures,assesses, continuously improves and revises SQ processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as manager inquality assurance discipline, including supplier/external manufacturermanagement, and quality in design

  • Demonstrates technical and leadership skills

  • Demonstrates project supervision skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratewith others to accomplish work

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to effectively communicate with diversegroups of people within and outside reporting relationships and with varyinglevels of education

  • Capable to provide leadership/ motivation toengage employees in the business

  • Able to travel when needed and work at nights,weekends when necessary
