Description

Undergeneral guidelines and limited oversight, makes independent decision regardingplanning,

organizing,and scheduling of more complex administrative support work to support BusinessDevelopment function.

Performsbroader, more complex administrative work to support individuals (i.e. seniorprofessionals/ upper

levelmanagement/ to executive level positions) and/or work group(s) related toadministrative processes,

meeting/eventlogistics, business permitting, documents and correspondence, and data management

systems.

Permitting Support 50%

  • Responsibleto maintain master schedule on permitting requirement of the organization

  • Research andconsult with corresponding government agency on permits requirement

  • Coordinatewith various departments to fulfill the requirement and be responsible for thesubmission

  • Responsiblefor document control work and make sure all permits and supporting documents canbe registrated and filed

  • Dailyadministration work of project and other works asked by direct reports.

Business DevelopmentSupport 50%

  • Collect andorganize relevant industry information (market studies, competitor profiles,customer information, supply chain dynamics etc). Sort, file and reportfindings in multiple formats – spreadsheets, power points, word etc

  • Conduct baselevel research on areas of importance to the business, as required andassigned.This may cover areas rangingfrom logistics and supply chain to sales and marketing.

  • Manage andcoordinate travel and meeting schedules, prepare presentations, record minutesof meeting, and all other administrative duties required by the business leaders

  • Responsiblefor the weekly report collection and filling work of all colleagues in thedepartment

  • Responsible for the daily administration work ofdepartment, and other works asked by direct and indirect reports.

Qualifications

Minimum Requi r edQualifications

  • College degree or above in business or otherrelevant major

  • Over 2 years work experience in multinationalcompanies

  • Excellent oral and written English languagecommunication capability (Main working language will be English)

  • Ability to travel

  • Skillful with Office and Project software

  • Good communication and coordination skillsorganized and strong execution

P r efer r ed Qualifications

  • Previous experience in permitting process (i.e.business permit)

  • Previous experience in conducting marketresearch and business analysis
