DATA ENTRY AND REPORT GENERATION
Entry of complete and correct information into various forms and tools, updates or corrections of tools, and applicable management of business data directly into appropriate tools or spreadsheets. There may be creation of new reports and databases as necessary as well.
RESEARCH AND DATA COMPILATION REQUESTS
Work with business users and support processes to ensure all pertinent information is included and accurate in the data request.This includes understanding all aspects of the data requirements in order to achieve the outcome desired by the user group.
Work closely with standard contacts from the Supply team, Commercial team, Agricultural team, Operations, and Cargill Transportation & Logistics (CTL). Participate on cross-functional teams in follow-up, investigation, and documentation of internal and external nonconformances, root causes and corrective actions.
Responsible for documenting changes made and work completed on databases used for tracking. Actively update and maintain business process documentation and job aids.
Perform any other duties as assigned including special projects required by the Business Unit.
Bachelor's degree or higher
1 years of relevant Business experience in acore business area (commercial, operations, supply chain or finance)
Strong PC skills – Microsoft Office
Demonstrated analytical and problem solvingskills
Highly detail oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under time pressure
Process & task oriented
Ability to work effectively in a stronginteractive team environment
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting,Business, Management, MIS, Computer Science, or Statistical Analysis
Experience in Agriculture/Foods Business toBusiness
Demonstrated ability to understand businessneeds and identify data patterns, trends and risks
Demonstrated ability to take initiative andoperate in ambiguous situations
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn andeffectively navigate the organization to identify where expertise resides
