This position, reporting to the organizationleader, will support all activities ranging from travel and meeting schedulesto assisting with translation and communication between the manager andgovernment officials. The position willalso be the main gatekeeper of information associated with the Philippines meatproject including collecting, sorting, filing, analyzing, reporting, and creatingpresentations and project documents. Theposition will need to interact deeply within the Cargill organization acrossmultiple geographies, with industry players, customers, suppliers, governmentofficials, and senior Cargill leaders.
Collect and organize relevant industry information (market studies, competitor profiles, customer information, supply chain dynamics, supplier directory permits & license etc). Sort, file and report findings in multiple formats – spreadsheets, power points, word etc
Conduct base level research on areas of importance to the business, as required and assigned.This may cover areas ranging from logistics and supply chain to sales and marketing.
Manage and coordinate travel and meeting schedules, follow up and update action plans, prepare presentations, maintain contact with all stakeholders, and all other administrative duties required by the business leader
Proficient in office software programs
Strong organizational skills/adaptable/proactive
