Position Purpose & Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting with Global Mobility assignments, compensation and system setup and assisting others with supporting international assignments. This includes process delivery, data research and analysis, tools and compliance as well as client/vendor interaction. This position involves working with various levels of employees and management, along with various cultures.

Major Tasks:

  • Organize and coordinate relocation support for assignments globally. employees.

  • Coordinate the payroll process with internal and external payroll teams.

  • Ongoing assignment management support :

  • Calculation of hypothetical taxes on salary and bonus

  • Preparation of gross to net calculations

  • Assist and coordinate with external and internal vendors tax requests and/or audit of tax and social security authorities

  • Coordination of tax settlements

  • Participate in various other projects


Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Higher education or related experience

  • 3 years experience in Human Resources/finance preferred

  • Fluent in English – written & verbal

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required

  • Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy to a wide range of people across multiple regions and cultures

  • Demonstrated attention to detail;

  • Strong personal initiative and ability to explore and work with limited supervision

  • Proficient with desktop software, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Direct experience with Payroll or Tax is considered an advantage
