Cargill Export Sales Manager, Gourmet in Singapore, Singapore
Job Purpose and Impact
The role Export Sales Manager, Gourmet is to manage/achieve the commercial targets of the Export Markets through the extended sales structure in regional markets – Go To Market Sales & regional Product Line Managers (PLM). In this role, you will nurture the relationship with the channel partners and distributors, implement the company's sales and marketing activities and represent the organization to promote and sell the organization's products and services.
Key Accountabilities
Develop Gourmet portfolio & business into Export markets (EM), for cocoa & chocolate, in coordination with the extended sales structure in export regions.
Coordinate with regional Product Line Management in Export Markets (EM) to develop customer opportunities, projects & strategic priorities
Managing internal stakeholders (Product Development, Operations & Production) to ensure smooth execution and minimize value leakage
Actively provide pricing & market intelligence to strategic pricing team
Collaborate with Product Development on portfolio improvements acting as the “voice of customer” connection to internal stakeholders.
Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of two years of sales experience in food related industry
Deep knowledge of gourmet chocolate & cocoa market
