Position Purpose & Summary职位设置目的&概要

The regional dedicated auditor and project specialist is responsible for planning and execution of Cargill FSQR audits in APAC region, and projects management at Cargill locations in China.

Including: auditing at locations, external manufactures and suppliers. The audits are conducted at the right detailed level and efficiency so to ensure Quality and Food Safety Management Systems are well implemented and compliant with Cargill requirements, FSQR certification schemes and the legislation. The aim of these audits is also to drive improvement in the businesses and suppliers & external manufacturers by identifying best practices and needs for improvement.

The scope of project management includes food, infant food, RTE food, food additives project at Cargill locations in China.

The “project specialist” will follow one project in one certain period.

Principal Accountabilities主要职责

1.35% Planning and conducting project management at Cargill locations in China to manage continuous improvement project, working to ensure prioritization based on value, appropriate resourcing, on-time delivery and sustainable solutions upon completion of a project.

Aim is to provide evaluation and guidance for project from the view of food safety and quality.

2.35% Planning and conducting Cargill FSQR audits at to ensure different locations and SEMs (Supplier External Manufacture) within FIBI APAC has right systems and solid implementation on food safety.

Aim is to evaluate and drive compliance with Cargill requirements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

-it includes but is not limited to deep dive audit, unannounced audits, audits at Cargill suppliers and external manufacturers

-Process audited will be related to food or any other processes depending on the evolution of the organisation

-Evaluation of compliance will be on several FSQR aspects including compliance to local and regional legislation and/or industry guidelines.

3.10% Lead the implementation of the SEM program in part of businesses in the region in the most efficient way.

4.10% Process/systems continuous improvement - Gather audit findings from reports and analyse them in order to drive improvement.

Search for clusters, priorities, developments and trends so to pro-actively provide significant and useful information to the FSQR Leadership team.

The deliverables can be in the form of analysis reports leading to either projects, training sessions, guidance documents, clarification in CoE Information calls and/or calibration calls for auditors, proposal for update of internal policy manuals.

5.10% Calibration:

-Support other auditors in the scoring of non-confirmities detected during an audit

-Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and best practices in the area of auditing.

Qualifications

1.Minimum Required Qualifications最低要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biological Sciences or related field preferred

  • Good in listening, speaking, reading and writing of English

  • Minimum 8 years experience in Technical Services, i.e., Quality, Food Safety, etc.

  • Solid knowledge on food safety management systems, quality management systems, lab management systems and project management.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in factory and 2 years supplier audit experience

  • Minumum 1 years experience in project management

  • Intermediate Auditing/Compliance - Applies auditing and quality compliance skills to identify and manage risks/compliance.

  • Intermediate Plant Manufacturing Knowledge - intermediate practical knowledge of manufacturing processes & operations

  • Intermediate Food Safety Management Systems Knowledge/Implementation - Applies HAACP to identify & control food safety hazards

  • Intermediate Quality Management Systems Knowledge/Implementations

  • Intermediate Lab Management Systems Knowledge/Implementation

  • Intermediate Project Management - Applies intermediate structured, disciplined approach to planning, administering and completing projects

  • Basic BusinessAcumen - Applies basic business acumen to partner effectively with business counterparts

  • Basic Customer Specifications Management - Interfaces effectively with customers; ensures products meet customer specifications; answers questions & solves customer problems

  • Basic Knowledge of Cargill Policies & Standards - Applies CFSRA policy & standards to enhance food safety & quality

  • Basic Product Information/Documentation - Prepares product information and documentation that meet regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Basic Knowledge of Food Laws & Regulations - Stays up-to-date and ensures compliance with food laws and regulations.

  • Basic Training - Delivers basic learning solutions that engage leaners and provides desired outcomes

  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office software (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Can be based in all location in China

2.Preferred Qualifications更合适的要求

  • Minimum 10 years experience in Technical Services, i.e., Quality, Food Safety, etc.

  • Solid knowledge on food safety management systems, quality management systems, lab management systems and project management.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in factory, 3 years supplier and facility audit experience

  • Minumum 2 years experience in project management

  • Intermediate Knowledge of Cargill’s Policies & Standards - Applies CFSRA policy & standards to enhance food safety & quality

  • Intermediate Training - Delivers intermediate learning solutions that engage leaners and provides desired outcomes

  • Intermediate Managing & Improving FSQR - Delivers intermediate processing that are aligned, effective & optimize Cargill resources

  • Intermediate Customer Specs - Interfaces effectively with customers; ensures products meet

  • Intermediate Product Information/Documentation - Prepares product information and documentation that meet regulatory compliance requirements.
