Territory Manager-Aquaculture

This position will work for market Aqua feed. Thisposition will also responsible for the delivery of the right feed offeringseither new or enhanced, and innovative solutions to stay ahead of competitorsfor our Customers.Work closely withlocal Commercial Teams.

CommercialLeadership :

  • Builds and developsthe market in area. Constantly reinforces the development of sustainablecommercial capabilities that will position CQN as the partners to its chosencustomers and help achieve the following:

-Develop new market opportunities with commercialactivities in the market

-Sales targets for profitable volume growth andstrategic objectives for the market

-Sales excellence capability

-Deep customer understanding and relationshipbuilding with key decision makers in each significant account

  • Build relationships withkeystakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers to ensure that margins and salesgoals are exceeded through a solid understanding of the customers’ needs andways to enhance CQN added value proposition.

  • Monitors closely the customer relationship forcontinuous valuecreation and performance optimization opportunities.

  • Maintain up todate account plans for key customers.

  • Supports customerneeds through effective collaboration with SMT/Operations to ensureavailability of raw materials and ability to meet customer specifications andtimelines. Ensures that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries,incidents and/or issues are resolved in a timely manner.

  • Achieve salestargets for profitable volume growth and strategic objectives in assignedaccounts.

  • Ensures customerretention and satisfaction while maximizing customer’s ROI opportunities

  • Executescustomer pricing programs within guidelines established by pricing policy andprocedures.


  • Performintermediate level customer-level technical support related to nutritionformulation, aquaculture management, production management, etc.

  • Identify complexor advanced customer production performance issues and opportunities and engageappropriate support from the all team to provide technical solutions.

  • Organize, provideand/or facilitate technical or product field training for key stakeholders,including customers, distributors and/or colleagues.

  • Staycurrent on Cargill Aqua Nutrition Technical developments and work closely withTAM to transfer relevant insight to customers.


  • Partnerswiththe immediatenetwork of business/functional stakeholders to exchange ideas and developmentof new concepts and service program (i.e. Strategic Marketing & Technologyplatform, RMS, FSQR, etc.).

  • Leverages anddevelops external network contacts (i.e. industry related contacts).

  • Utilizessales and marketing support functions to assess competitor capabilities alongwith comparisons to business’s capabilities to determine gaps and to positionaccount offerings against competitive options.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum2 years working experience fishery industry or feed mill industries

  • Knowledgeof aquaculture business

  • Effectivecommunication skills

  • Good& effective presentation skills

  • Competentin statistical analysis

  • Work in high collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid driving license (4 wheeler)

  • University degree in fishery as major

  • This role provides a growth opportunity forfuture BU and Commercial Leadership positions.
