Description

Employee Communications & Relations

  • Keeping internal employees (including sales team) informed with all marketing programs and initiatives

  • Establish and conduct timely surveys to determine the effectiveness of the communication plan

  • Deploy communication devices like newsletters, bulletin board, e-mails social media as appropriate

  • Training employees of specific requirements like explaining benefits of on-going programs, project processes to sales, new employees orientation

Customer/ Consumer Communications & Relations

  • Design, plan, execute and measureProduct Launchings, tradeshow/exhibits participation and company events that is aligned to the strategy

  • Lead in Advertising efforts in support with CM’s strategy

  • Develop and implement relationship-building initiatives towards trade and farm customers like sending greetings,business tips, corporate news through different communication mediums

Community, Government, Associations and Political Communications

  • Leads communication of all community enrichment activities that the company is participating with

  • Should maintain an access to government, associations that will give us a positive corporate image

  • Deals with third party affiliates involving media representations

  • Co champion with Corporate communications during crisis management

Budget Management

  • Budget Simulation

  • Monthly monitoring (actual vs. Budget)

  • Adjustments

Administrative Function

  • Marketing champion for safety and greenbook culture development

  • Assists SMT Representative in administrative functions like appointment scheduling, data consolidation for meeting presentations and key communications.

Qualifications

  • Marketing, Business Administration, BusinessManagement, or any related courses

  • Marketing Communications experience (at least 1year)

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills

  • Computer, presentation, and project managementskills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MassCommunications, Advertising or any related course

  • Basic skills on Design ( adobeprograms )
