Shift available: Rotating (12hrs shift)
Compensation: $27.79/hr

Principal Accountabilities:
Must be trained in relief operation of west and south operator when needed
Helping the operator keeping steady and good product going to plant
Help the operator in the process of grain storage
Trained on all grain dryers
To work with East operator and help in the running of the east elevator when needed
Help in preventing elevator problems
Perform the unloading of trucks and rail cars
Perform small maintenance jobs when needed
Perform grain sampling and testing of the beans when needed
Help in weekly greasing on equipment
Assist operations and quality assurance in the performance of tasks
Participate in all quality, safety, and health programs and understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
Able to perform physical job duties such as bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Able to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Experience using a computer
Able to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklift
Experience working in a production or plant environment
