Position Purpose & Summary
Leads and provides direction to professionals and indirect staff, and provides general leadership and substantial knowledge for data management processes, system, and solution design and implementation activities across BU department, and Office Administrative affairs.
1.50% SOLUTION LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE
Lead the team to provide accurate data, instant access, visualization report and value-added insights to internal and external customer.
Responsible for the integration of data management processes of CAPC, as well as data information follow, standards, security and management tools.
Develop technical experts according to biz needs on Power BI, and the germane, education to all team members
Administrative process optimization and logistics management, including the shuttle bus, canteen and office management.
2.25% BUSINESS PARTNERING AND RELATIONSHIP & SERVICE MANAGEMENT
Works with sales, R&D, processing, planning, logistic and finance & HR to ensure data accurate and meaningful.
Help people to understand the requirements from biz perspectives, and participates in the review of department needs.
Providing daily oversight and supervision to team to ensure requirements are implemented.
Creates and maintains key relationships with all department.
Make sure the execution of the data management processes, systems, and solutions in the design and implementation phases.
Leverage six sigma and lean tools to help team member on how to improve current practices across a small team.
3.15% PEOPLE AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Administers workforce administration policies and programs in the areas of communications, staffing, training, evaluations,
disciplinary actions and safety.
Develop planning for future workforce needs and participates in the selection of employees.
Analysis work load and people performance, provide coach and education for high performance.
Continuous improve employee engagement with proper methods and tools.
Make sure the cost under the budget, including the P&L and all projects
4.10% PROJECT EXECUTION AND VALUE REALIZATION
Understand biz stakeholders’ needs and designed data format, information follow and complete project in time.
Partners with key faction leaders to ensure team is evaluating, inspecting and identifying all risks and issues.
Review shuttle bus and canteen operation process and quality to make sure both personal safety and foods safety.
Provides direction to the work plan, schedule, budget and required personnel for moderately complex solution deployments.
Education, Experience, Skills
1.Minimum Required Qualifications
At least 5 years relevant experience on data management, e.g. data collection, analysis, validation, mapping and reporting.
CI or project coordination/management experience.
Experienced to monitor the status of data loading, experienced to identify issues/problems during the process.
Good skills on Excel, Access and other database tools.
Logical thinking, value driven process oriented, sensitive to data and good communication skills.
Good English writing capability and oral capability
Relevant experience on data modeling/dashboards development, experienced to use minitablet, Power BI or Tableau, etc.
Knowledge of DB or VB
IT or Finance background is plus
People management experience
