Position Purpose & Summary职位设置目的&概要:

Provide Leadership on CPN China Regional Business through building high performing teams and creating strategies and business plans to support growth across our products. Responsibilities include:

  • Involvement in developing and implementing the long-term business strategy and annual business plan for the CPN China Aiden business.

  • Leading the regional Commercial organizations in China north and east part.

  • Enuring the right processes, systems and capabilities are in place to deliver on the strategy and business plan and create accountability for desired results.

  • Closely Work with SMT on Development of market and cusotmer driven product and market strategies and innovations.

  • Closely work with Commercial Director and SMT on Formulation and execution of pricing strategy.

  • Closely work with Commercial Director and SMT ON Optimization of customer segmentation and account selection to drive future results.

  • Development of talent to meet current and future needs.

Principal Accountabilities主要职责:

1. 30% Provide leadership as a member of CPN China Aiden Business Management Team . Provide oversight in the development of Sales and Business Development, Strategic Pricing and Customer Service strategies and tactics to maximize business profitability thru our product and service. Develop the high performance team with strong passion to win in the market and Monitor business results and adjust as necessary.

2. 30% Ensure the right systems, processes and people are in place to ensure the key capabilities needed to deliver on the business strategy and business plan. Develop talent to meet business requirements through performance management, coaching, training and succession planning

3. 30% Sustains rapport with key accounts making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities

4. 10% Explores and exploits opportunities to leverage unique Cargill capabilities to grow the business and create distinctive value in the market. Understands adjacent markets and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities for growing a mature business. Closely monitors the competition to anticipate impact on the premix business and the market.

Nan Jing,China is the preferred location, however, for the right candidate, an alternate location may be considered.

Qualifications

  • 4 year college degree or 10 years experience in business

  • Minimum 7 years management experience

  • Demonstrated accountability for development of Customer Value leadership.

  • Ability to travel 30%

Preferred Qualifications更合适的要求

  • MBA

  • Management experience preferred in multi-functional areas (Sales, Supply Chain, Materials Management) and process management
