Position Purpose

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a lead role in CCCNA’s sales contract execution activities. Specifically, this role is responsible for sales contract entry other pricing modes related to sales orders, customer master data support to the FIBI Shared Services team, sustainability program support and reporting and to lead efforts in contract performance and process optimization. Further, this role provides a critical control function to insure the integrity of contracts in our system, which is essential in contractual agreements being aligned with customer expectations and enabling expected P&L results.

The Sales Operations Coordinator will have a deep understanding of our business and systems and effectively collaborate with sales, risk, product line teams, customer service teams, shared services, as well as other functions across CCCNA to insure accurate contract entry and performance.

Principal Accountabilities

40% Contract Entry, Execution & Process Optimization

  • Builds relationships with internal departments (sales, finance, product line management, risk, shared services and customer service) to govern and adhere to the contracting process

  • Responsible for daily contract entry of all finished goods and governance of data accuracy

  • Responsible for coordinating on-going customer master data set-up needs with shared services

  • Manage FIFO order contract application process

  • Perform all adjustments and closures to sales contracts as necessary

  • Understand best practices and internal / external benchmarks, provide recommendations for improvement and optimization of processes, procedures and development of metrics

  • Co-owner of sales contract and customer master data related commercial business processes and alignment with ERP systems – insuring that all sales and customer service team members are clear on functional process steps and the greater connection and impact to other functions

  • Identify solutions to problems with current processes and procedures

  • Point of control for all sales contracts, insuring that all contracts are entered on-time, aligned with terms, and confirmed with customers through mail / e-mail.

  • Develop, support and maintain commercial analytics and metrics to support these functions

25% Sustainability Program Support

  • Support growth of business-wide sustainability programs through data management between business functions

  • Tracking and reporting of all sustainable sales order activity in program portals, Excel Spreadsheets and other applications as required

  • Analyze sustainable sales order transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to program requirements

  • General support for sustainability management process

15% Spot Price & Price List Entry and Execution

  • Collaborate with Sales and Risk teams to support price list development and set up

  • Maintenance of annual price list programs

  • Daily entry of spot contracts and governance of data accuracy

  • Develop, support and maintain commercial analytics and metrics to support these functions

10% Shared Service (FIBI) Support

  • Support for Shared Services team through portal entry of customer master maintenance requests

  • Ongoing support of process improvement with the FIBI Data team

10% General Admin

  • Contract mailing, storage and record keeping within record retention (RIM) guidelines

  • Ad hoc project support as requested

Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position


Minimum Required

  • High School graduate

  • At least 3 years of professional work experience.

  • Microsoft application suite experience

  • Excel proficiency
