Cargill E/I Maintenance Supervisor in Martorell, Spain

Job Purpose and Impact

The E/I Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role, you will supervise a team which executes a variety of activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the plant.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate the execution of maintenance strategies and works for critical safety equipment.

  • Implement practices that improve efficiency and encourage continuous organizational improvement.

  • Contribute to the management of external contractors.

  • Contribute to the control of maintenance costs.

  • Organize and agree on an appropriate number of low-priority tasks to complete work with minimal production schedule disruption.

  • Organize all resources (people, spare parts, tools and equipment as defined in the Work Plan) are available to execute the work efficiently.

  • Work aligned with and contribute to the proper functioning of the maintenance workflow.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Electrical, Electronics, Automation Engineering)

  • Minimum one year of directly related work experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance

  • Fluent level of English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideally from 2-5 years experience

  • Experience coordinating third party resources and/or internal teams
