  • Plan, direct, and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance and repair activities so that the organization’s buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment operate reliably. Be responsible for the repair & maintenance activities at the plant with team working.

  • Plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance activities (for example planned maintenance programs, shut-downs, or emergency repairs) to rectify break-downs and malfunctions and minimize business disruptions.

  • Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures; monitor accordingly the cost, expense and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and safety standards. Lead to utility, overall equipment efficiency improvements.

  • Fix & improve the safety concerns & safety improvement program related to the machines, equipment at the plant.

  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the maintenance team.

  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external contractors (for example builders, electricians) to minimize costs and ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

  • Assist or recommend on selection contractors / vendors

  • Lead & manage the safety in contractors working for the periodically maintenance, for the investment projects at the plant.

  • Liaise with functional areas throughout the organization ( LAB, Technical, Accounting, Registration ,.. )to coordinate scheduled maintenance activities with their operations.

  • Estimate, control the cost, time, quality and resources required for repair projects & new investment projects as a leader , prepare purchase requests and monitor the progress of work against estimates.

  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop maintenance staff so that repair and service activities are completed accurately, safely, and on-time. Lead to the identify the roof cause & fixing the machine downtime & involving in quality, FSQR function, customer complaints improvements.

  • Control the fixed assets of the plant & depreciation effectiveness to the plant operation.

  • Liaise with production team to improve accordingly productivity & Others to lead to the technical solutions to the plant facility. Apply the best practices for the plant improvements

  • Asst Chairmanship of EHS (leading safety, managing environment and health factors for team) of the business unit by safety culture thru getting the involvement of team

  • Develop programs to implement regulatory requirements and Cargill EHS standards for the plant.Ensure that EHS performance expectations are communicated effectively to plant team leaders, management, and operations personnel. Connect with Others about EHS activities

  • Keep fully up to date with legislative, regulatory, and Cargill EHS standards and policies

  • Helps develop and implement EHS training programs to maintain an appropriate level of EHS knowledge and skills.Develop and implement an EHS Management of Change System. Work with government in yearly inspection

  • Lead the risks assessment in occupational safety.

  • Analyze work plans and projects, and as well as recommendations of every working unit; and to give advice on safety measures to the employer.

  • Inspect and assess the operation of the workplace to comply with the work plan and project, or occupational safety measures. Develop and implement an Incident Response Plan. To give advice, teach and train the employees to work safely and without any risk of dangers

  • Examine and appraise the working conditions, or to work jointly with a person or an organization registered with the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare for certification, or to examine evidences, documents, and report of the inspection of working conditions in the workplace

  • Assist Compile statistical data, analyze, make a report and to give recommendations on accident, illness or annoyance caused by working of the employees. Conduct other occupational safety activities as assigned by the employersuch as to be EHS document control. Apply the best practices for the safety improvements in the plant or others

  • Ensure that sites, buildings, and equipment comply according to EHS and FSQA standards.

  • Conduct & lead continuous Improvement Reviews (CIR’s) to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement

  • Assist to accomplish 12 life savers, Safety Incidents & Fatalities ( SIF ) potentials & yearly internal mini EHS audit & EHS programs

  • Assist the Plant manager on general plant upkeep. Leads plant housekeeping and appearance program


  • Licensed Bachelor's degree in Engineering fieldpreferably in Mechanical or Electrical

  • Corrective / Preventive / Predictive Maintenance

  • Experience in EHS working

  • 5 years of Maintenance experience in amanufacturing environment

  • Supervising and leading people

  • Knowledge in ISO, FSSC, EHS standards,

  • Preferred knowledge of improvement program (TPM, lean,… )

  • Experience to work in multinational company.

  • Specialskills in trouble shooting mechanical, electrical equipment
