Description

Follow, establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems (SAP) and process that support inventory forecasting, call off, and material control; launch purchasing orders, to ensure the necessary raw material in the plants

Principal Accountabilities

Describe in detail 4-5 major position responsibilities/duties, not tasks, listing the most important first.

No duty should have a percentage less than 5% and all duties should add to 100%

50%Establish and supervise production scheduling activities by monitoring material inventories, tracking progress of production and reviewing factors that affect schedules; Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established quality and delivery targets; keeps track of orders

25%Create, receive and check all transport documents, EKÁER for incoming raw materials

15%Prepares all documents for goods reception

10% Maintaining the working relation with the suppliers; Maintain updated the data base with info for the suppliers

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Experience in materials management, preferably material resource planning

  • Knowledge of exception message based material planning

  • Experience in perishable materials

  • Experience in multi-plant operations and remote management

  • Very good PC abilities (ERP, Word, Excel)

  • Multitasking and good in problem solving;

  • Very good communication and negotiation skills, well organized, integrity, responsibility and courage;

  • Conversational English language literacy

Preferred Qualifications

  • College / University degree (other economic studies)

  • ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred)
