Position Purpose & Summary
In the shift, responsible for making the necessary arrangements for the production and delivery program accordance with the general Cargill rules and procedures, the smooth running of the factory processes, the solutions to the problems that may arise, and making appropriate planning accordingly. Leading Cargill Environmental, Health and Safety procedures and Cargill Food Safety practices while fulfilling the responsibilities.
30% - EHS - Responsibility for Environment, Health, Work Safety
Perform preliminary on-site pre-inspections of work carried out with the job authorization system in order to prevent any work and / or environmental accidents, food safety risks (food, human or equipment), taking into account the hazards and risks to make sure that they are taken away), to direct the concerned person against the precautions to be taken in the light of risks and hazards
Evaluating Unsafe Situations on the Move, taking Corrective / Preventive actions according to the Progressive measures, participating in EH & S tours, supporting and contributing to the BBS system.
Manage the crisis in accordance with the Emergency Action Plan against any emergency
To evaluate potential risks related to environment and occupational safety, to take measures,
Attend monthly monthly meeting of EHS committees to bring employees' requests for environmental and occupational safety, to suggest solutions, follow the implementation of solutions, participate in decision making progress.
20% - Resource Management
To manage the emergency leave requirements of employees on the leave and to report them in written report
To provide feedback to operators and technicians in the performance management process of the operators and technicians working on the train in written and verbally to the relevant department heads and to provide feedback to all the operators and technicians working on the part of the individual performance management interviews, to monitor the performance criteria of operators and technicians working during the year, to provide feedback for their performance to their employees when observations are needed, and to provide regular feedback to department supervisors
To ensure that employees on the ward comply with Cargill's general policies (EHS Rules, Food Safety, Ethical Principles, IP Policy etc.), take immediate action immediately in good times, ensure that the appropriate action is taken with the relevant committee (Disciplinary Committee etc.)
Plan and implement the referral and administration of employees according to their importance and priority
10% - Quality & Food Safety
To follow products on their own behalf in terms of quality criteria (according to internal specifications), to take actions immediately when they are outside the quality criteria, to identify and implement solutions that can be done on their own, with the support of the relevant departmental for immediate actions, have a section supervisor feedback
FSSC22000 Food Safety Management System, within the framework of the management programs to fulfill the responsibilities specified on time and on full. It is the responsibility of the food safety organization to act individually to achieve its business goals and to effectively communicate internal communication on food safety. Personnel are responsible for reporting food safety problems to defined staff in the system.
40% - Production & Planning & Efficiency & Maintenance & Reliability
To ensure the continuity of production within the framework of defined customer and legal requirements in the direction of production plans.
Taking necessary follow-up actions in order to realize productivity goals, taking actions with own knowledge and experience for solution if there is a problem; to clarify the solution that can be done in its own way with the relevant department chief, by evaluating together all the relevant information and suggestions for possible solutions in places where they can not get together. If there is a long-term solution, give feedback to the relevant section manager
Informing the next shift supervisor about the events and critical consequences of the shifts and informing all department heads and administrators with a written report
Coordinate the solution of the problem with support from the production, E & I, or Mechanical Maintenance teams so as not to damage the equipment health or production performance when there is any performance loss or loss of function in the equipment
Report unplanned downtime or capacity utilization losses on the way to the relevant departments with their reasons. Get support from the maintenance team when needed.
Attention to all processes and systems in their area of responsibility, observations on continuous improvement work, contributions with experiences and ideas
Contributing to test & test production on new equipment to be replaced.
To organize the general order in the shift.
Ensuring that production records are kept regularly.
Minimum Highschool or equal degree
At least 5 years total work experience
Work experience in at least 2 years of Cargill Manufacturing units (such as operator, technician)
Theoretical and practical information on production stages of hydrogen oils, fatty acid, glycerin, esterification, electrolysis and auxiliary operations
Know and manage Cargill EHS basic requirements,
Know and manage the basic requirements of Cargill Quality and Food Safety
Know and manage Cargill General Care and Reliability principles and methods
To know and apply ISO22000, Management System
To know and apply problem solving and evaluation methods such as Risk Assessment and Root Cause Analysis
Formal and informal team management knowledge
Theoretical and practical knowledge of Fire Fighting
Emergency planning, system building, managing and improving knowledge
First Aid theory and practical knowledge.
