Job type: Full time

Shift: Day shift 8am to 4pm Monday - Friday

Compensation: $19.66/hr

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for the production of food safe product in a fast paced manufacturing environment

  • Palletizing products as they come off the line in proper stack patterns

  • Ensure stacking area is clean and free of contaminants, stack and pick ingredients for production’s needs

  • Accountable for the production of food safe product in a fast paced manufacturing environment

  • Food Safety Management

  • Loading & unloading trucks

  • Operate forklift

  • Stacking bags

  • Housekeeping

  • Safety - responsible for safety of themselves and teammates

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Ability to work in elevated areas

  • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation

  • Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays or different shifts with advance notice

  • Previous experience operating forklifts and/or similar equipment

  • Basic math skills

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a production or plant environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • High Reach experience
