Position Purpose:

  • The role is responsible for customizing our in-store strategies & tactics with the identified opportunities for the state/geographies to ensure we get our products into the store, off the shelf, and into the home of our shoppers cost effectively and more efficiently than our competition.(S)he works closely with both RTMM & Sales Team to develop and execute against the category, brand, channel and account strategies & 5P tactics.

Principal Accountabilities:

Business Development

Sales & Business Development-North & East

Will be responsible to monitor monthly target achievement and analyse data to suggest action areas for Distribution and Sales and design trade scheme and activations for the said purpose

Trade Spends Management

TME will be responsible for recording all trade spends and maintain provision and analyse the output vs. cost

On Ground Activations

TME will lead the execution of activations activities and all other BTL activities from planning to execution and analyse the impact of activities conducted

New Product Development

New Product Development-

TME will track and monitor the distribution progress and volume plans for New Product launches and will suggest corrective measures for any deviation arising from plan

External Linkages

Vendor Management-

TME will have internal and external linkages with procurement team and outside vendors and will coordinate the BTL activities completion on time. Will be solely responsible for aligning vendors for the specified task & its completion and seek help of Marketing team wherever required.

Analytics and Reports

Data Analytics –

Will be responsible to analyse data and comprehend the same and suggest actions to drive business growth. Prepare Business Reviews and other required reports


Required Qualifications

MBAs with good work experience (2-3 years) relevant experience

Fresher with Tier-II institute

Open to travel & relocation

Ability to deliver under tight deadlines

Good negotiation / presentation / communication skills required

End to end solution provider to trade / internal functions

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably at least 1-2 years in Sales & Merchandising
