This position will be taking care of all activities that will happen in bakery application lab. This includes, new product development, develop products as per client requirement. Assist senior team member in providing solutions & support to internal clients & external solution.
To manage bakery application lab on a day to day basis - 20%
Ensure availability of raw materials.
Maintain cleanness & hygiene.
Prepare a list of activities for a quarter.
New product development - 25%
Innovation of products & processes.
Understanding of market/ client’s demand.
New launch every quarter.
Competition track & product benchmarking - 15%
Keep a track on competition activities.
Trials on our fats & competition fats & keep a record.
Help technical team in product development.
Interaction with the client & provide solutions to them - 20%
To understand the demand from the customers.
Work in a time line to provide solution to them.
Training to the chefs in the system & plan activities for the team - 20%
Plan a training schedule for chef’s team.
Organize bakers meet.
Can lead a bigger team
Travelling would be required
5 yrs of experience in bakery & confectionary
Bachelor in hotel Management
Should have work in a 5-start hotel for atleast 1 year.
