Description

§Responsible for exposure & posItion report elaboration, analysis and submission on a timely manner for all CQN Latam North business (4 Countries)

§Responsible of contract administration, purchase orders reporting on a region level.

§Responsible for ingredient position elaboration, value capture data consolidation & market cost validation and consolidation when needed.

Process elaboration and assist on global process compliance follow up

80% REPORTING & COMPLIANCE

§Update transaction system(s) with contract data, contract amendment updates, contract expiration dates or any other information needed to execute correctly and communicate.

§Store contracts and purchase orders once they have been signed.

§Create and Prepare basic summary reports such as but not limited to purchase orders, accounts payable, etc.. in order to inform sourcing team members.

§Inform internal and/or external customers about new or modified sourcing process, procedures, and/or requirements needed.

§Elaborate position report and submit it through WBPR to global risk team on a timely manner.

§Elaborate value capture report on a monthly basis.

§Elaborate ingredient exposure on a weekly basis and share with management.

§Identify short to medium-term issues and works with internal customers to define and implement solutions.

§Assist with process improvement efforts and searching for money making/cost saving opportunities.

§Responsible of competitors benchmarks, manage to do presentation for stakeholders and increase awareness of market trends to the team.

20% INGREDIENTS POSITION

§Elaborate ingredients position of all ingredient for the region, across categories and across countries to determine right position and share with shareholders.

§Determine possible risks based on ingredient coverage and inform to management & sourcing teams.

§Compile ingredient market costs and forecasted costs and share them with formulation on a timely manner.

§Identify areas for stabilizing or enhancing the performance of the area.

Create new or modify sourcing process, procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum Requi r ed Qualifications

§Bachelor’s degree any related career (Administration, Engineering.

§Minimum 1 or more years of work experience in contract application and settlement, accounting & finance.

§Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail; able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

§Ability to work independently and also within team environment.

§Self-motivated, results oriented with focus on continuous improvement.

§Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced and changing work environment.

§Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, within multiple levels of the organization.

§Demonstrated computer experience (Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook and PPT proficiency is a must)

§Demonstrated understanding of trade and agricultural policy.

§Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and decision making skills.

§Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

§Intermediate English.

P r efer r ed Qualifications

§Preferably in Accounting/Finance/Economics.

§Commodities, futures, options and/or derivaties knowledge.

§Food industry knowledge

§NIS, JDE and SAP knowledge.

§Supply Chain knowledge.
