This position will provide high level commercial support by processing invoices, filing, keeping records and documents, contract issuance/printing, other clerical functions and assisting the trade execution/customer service group within the delivery supply chain.
Invoice all the Cargill DR, withdrawal from CEBU, CDO, DVO, GENSAN and SUBIC.
Receive DR’s from the branch, print, identify purchase and sales reference number.
Segregate invoices, take photocopy and send it to VIZ/MIN branches and Luzon customer.
Update all the delivered invoices.
File all the documents as per customer’s folder
Contracts, Purchase Order, Invoices, Cargill DR, Provisional Receipts and Collection Receipts
Follow up with Merchant to Input all bookings in CTS, take printout all the bookings
Collect Merchant’s signature on all the printouts and send to the branch Purchasing Manager.
Ensure that after every one-week customer signed contracts sent to BGC Office.
Enter all the invoices in excel file.
Follow-up for collection in Mindanao Branch
Coordinate with the branch personnel
Arrange all the file / boxes then send to lane moving.
Prepare the invoices for book binding.
Experience in the role 1-2 years
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong in written and verbal Englishcommunication skills
3-5 years of experience
