Position Purpose & Summary

The Senior Administrative assistant position performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties to the EMEA R&D Team.

The role has contacts within the Global R&D organization and must have an understanding of the Department and company procedures.

Principal Accountabilities

  • 30% of the time: manage the Administrative support to the Baupte R&D Teams (60 people): Organize Business Trips around the world (with Visas Applications); receptions of customers from abroad and seminars for Cargill EMEA Technicians & Sales Teams (including visas applications). Supervise mails and samples shipments activity with the support of the Administrative Secretary. Supervise the key documents filing for the Department (partnership contracts, confidentiality agreements, patents, …) and manage internal communication (announcements…). Activities done with the support of the Administrative secretary.

  • 50% of the time is responsible to consolidate information (time, expense…) and provide reporting in different format (graphic, report) to the R&D managers on Baupte: Monthly Operational Budget and Headcount, EMEA Quaterly Time tracking Activity, Global Quaterly PPD Reporting, IPOT.

  • 20% of time manage the Tax credit with our external partner (combine info from various internal sources, expenses, external contracts and time booking extraction).

  • Back-up of the Administrative Secretary : Shipments of prototype samples ; E. temptation ; planning management, ….


Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Level A 2 Administrative Management and 5-7 years of experience

  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, GIS, Data management softwares skills

  • SharePoint Administration

  • Organized, rigorous, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Time management

  • Autonomy

  • Communicaiton skills

  • Management skills

  • English Fluent

Preferred Qualifications
