Position Purpose & Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for the area entrusted to him. In applying the commercial policy of the company, the holder must make every effort to ensure the maximum development of the market share of NEOLAIT brand products and services.

Principal Accountabilities:

75%Commercial activity, client portfolio

  • Make every effort to achieve the commercial objectives thanks to a sufficient contact of potential per day (customers and prospects)

  • Adapt the frequency of visits according to the customer's needs and the segmentation defined in 2015

  • Apply the pricing policy, the general conditions of sale and the terms of payment established by the company

  • Master and market all the families produced according to the objectives set by the Regional Sales Department.

  • When taking orders with the customer, remind or inform the payment terms

  • As a technical sales consultant, he undertakes to transmit the product use recommendations to all customers.

  • Save on computer file the important elements after each visit and fill in the customer file.

  • Ensure the solvency of customers and prospects with the support of the credit management team.

  • Master the IT tools implemented in the company

  • Participate in all commercial, training and information meetings (physical and telephone) set up by the company

  • Record on a computer file the important elements of the sales interview after each visit and fill in the customer file.

  • Connect daily to the computer network to save and transmit its commercial and financial data.

  • Place orders via the dedicated software according to the rules defined by the company.

  • Register each inventory movement as you go and make an inventory every month via dedicated software and send it to the dedicated department.

  • To ensure a good behavior of its stock by respecting the rules of safety produced in storage.

  • Apply corporate strategy by developing direct deliveries and reducing product volume in inventory at a minimum depending on the logistics organization of the region.
