Assistant Logistique (H/F)

Position Purpose & Summary:

The supply chain assistant will deal with the suppliers (raw materials, ingredients, packaging…) and will be in charge to order the raw materials to enable the process to run smoothly. He/she will consider /raise/ adapt the production planning and ensure availability of goods to run

Principal Accountabilities:


  • Define production plan

  • Define defrost planning

  • Share productions priorities of usage (daily)

  • Order the ingredients on a daily basis from third party to Cargill (twice a day)

  • Ensure raw materials are daily, weekly and monthly ordered in relation to the plans

  • Ensure with main supplier all safety stocks of ingredients are in place at third party cold-store


  • Ensure stocks are aligned and reconciled, and used according to the FEFO (meat and ingredients)

  • Key process orders for production


  • Understands and takes into account the constraints from the process floor to improve the production and efficiencies

  • Be trained on the customer service part (from supply chain department) to enable any question in case of absence


  • Ensure invoices are treated accordingly and paid in time


  • BTS Commerce International

  • Experiences in previous jobs required

  • English speaking: fluent

  • SAP experience with MRP experience
