Principal Accountabilities
Enter grade of carcass correctly and efficiently
Run reports and edits throughout the day.
Track taggers/USDA grades
Responsible for inventory during shift and graded cattle are on their proper rail
Constant communication with sales cooler personnel and rail runners in Fabrication
Ensuring food safety and quality
Cleanliness and housekeeping
Maintaining a safe working environment
Required Qualifications
Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Basic Computer skills
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Previous work history
