Job Purpose and Impact

The Payroll Specialist, will be the first line of contact for payroll processing delivered in the company business service center to ensure a high quality and smooth flow of payroll processes. In this role, you will partner closely with the operations team to ensure the accuracy of data for essential payroll variables such as salary, bank account, address and new employee and termination data.

Key Accountabilities

  • Execution and follow-up of the monthly payroll

  • Participation in projects related to payroll/time management

  • Participation in the creation and improvement of business processes within operational HR work

  • Advising customers inside and outside of the HR department

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in operational HR work and payroll

  • Good MS Office knowledge

  • Very good knowledge of wage tax/social security law

  • Analytical and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of German

  • Experience in PAISY preferred
