Position Purpose

To guarantee the execution of strategies to support and/or to increase the margins of sales about business unit of additives.

Principal Accountabilities

To design and develop the strategies of marketing and sales to increase the participation of market of his business unit. 5%

To manage the development activities of new products, including his process of record.5%

To define the Price policy , sales logistics, plans and budget of sales.5%

To realice the marketing of imports of in the relevant products for the company.5%

To elaborate and execute together with the chiefs zone, the annual plan of the business unit.

To check and monthly evaluate the budget sales.5%

To generate monthly the inform to the general manager, about the month performance.5%

To compile and to update the information about the market through direct contact with the sales force, the clients and the tools of intelligence of markets that has to his disposition.10%

To check and to place the prices of the products having in mind the situation l of the competition and profitability standards.5%

To realice the fieldwork in company with the chiefs zone, to do chart of our programs and the competition.25%

To realice visit reports full field to the customers; and to keep constan communication with them. 20%

To support the strength sells in the fulfillment of events like congresses, seminaries and others.5%

To elaborate an anual budget of expenses, advertising and promotion.

To elaborate a monthly route (job plan).

To present alternatives, ideas, plan sor programs to achieve a better development and profitability of the business unit.

To keep the contact to trade unión level (associations, universities, institutes), by means of presentation of the organization and Works in associations.

To determine the needs of imported products

To define the politics of sales.

To obtain new markets a whole with the business director.5%



  • Graduated professional in Medical veterinarian or zootechnologist with experience in Marketing, Sales, Management.
