Job Purpose and Impact

此職位需要在工廠執行和維護S&OE流程，並通過該流程提升長、中、短期的預測準確率；加強中期生產計畫的規劃和執行；提升短期計畫排產的效率和準確率，減少工廠生產換產，提升工廠整體運營效率。參與IBP流程和其他相關的供應鏈專案，幫助提升和改善整體供應鏈管理。

Key Accountabilities

實施和執行S&OE流程，覆蓋工廠和所有OEM廠商

每週召開S&OE會議，並不斷提高會議品質和參與度

與總部密切溝通，執行S&OE內容的改善與升級

通過S&OE流程改進供應鏈管理KPI

和總部需求計劃團隊合作，推動和執行DR流程

收集預測並向總部需求計劃團隊提交，分析預測準確性以提高預測穩定性

提供需求規劃的場景分析，支援S&OE中的業務需求和風險管理

監控日常計畫及其執行情況，確保充足的產品供應

與發貨調度團隊合作，改進生產排產流程和方法，最終減少生產換產，提升工廠生產效率

監測工廠生產效率和實際產量，進行長期和中期粗能力計畫

執行工廠層面的SR並支援總部的SR流程

解決日常供應問題

領導和支持相關供應鏈管理改進專案

支援工廠的IBP流程，參與SAPIBP專案
