Do the quality control
Respect health and safety standards
Respect the different cuts
Support machine operators
Product packaginig
Required Qualifications
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Must be 16 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or diploma in butchery (an asset)
Experience in food processing (an asset)
Good dexterity
Ability to work in a cool environment (0-4 Degree)
Be able to lift loads of 20 to 60 pounds
Confortable with meats: Beef, Pork & Marinated
