As the Customer Service Representative you are responsible for entering and managing multiple customer orders in AS400 (XLGO) environment. You will collaborate with applicable account managers and supply chain team members to ensure order accuracy and order fill. Additionally, you will be responsible for other miscellaneous sales team tasks and back up of other Customer Service Team members.

Principal Accountabilities:

55% - Order entry and management

20% - Collaborate with account manager and supply chain team to achieve order accuracy and fill rate goals

15% - Back up of additional Customer Service Team members

10% - Additional sales team responsibilities (i.e, old age/finished goods sales, sample requests, etc.)


Required Qualifications

- Able to work flexible day shift hours, with possibility of weekend shifts

-Possess good communication skills – verbal and written in both English and French

-Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills


-Demonstrate excellent problem solving skills

-Have good relationship-building and customer service skills

-Team oriented

-Computer Skills – (MS Excel, AS400-XLGO)

- Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

-Post secondary education (Supply Chain)

-Customer service experience (1-3 years)
