Cargill Administrative Support (2 year limited contract) in Bucharest, Romania

Job Purpose and Impact

The Administrative Support is responsible for collecting, monitoring, recording and tracking relevant documents issued during the execution of contracts. In this role you will also handle various administrative tasks for the Customer Service team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Keeps in touch with the archivist regarding VAT logs, in order to complete the missing documents

  • Receives all incoming invoices by mail, ensures that they are registered in SAP

  • Receives the monthly Notices+Tickets from the third-party silos and attaches them to the goods invoices

  • Handles the set of invoices issued automatically printed by SAP, attaches the receipt documents received from customers made available by Customer Service

  • Prepares the documentary situations as per European regulations

  • Receives and keeps records of payments

  • Issues and transmits the status of completed nominations on a daily basis

  • Monitors the status of ISCC documents, monitors the exchange rates

  • Completes Cargill notices according to requests (signed/stamped/filling in supplier data) and sends them to third-party locations (if this is requested by Customer Service colleagues)

  • Works in SAP and issues reports and situations necessary for the activity

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Educational Studies in the financial / logistic / commercial area or in related fields

  • High level of attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience - min. 1 year

  • Good financial/tax knowledge

  • Experience with documents archiving

  • Adaptability and good ability to manage stress
