Typical Work Day May Include:
Developing job plans and task lists strategically to support preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility
Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
Utilizing computer software to maintain and/or monitor accurate records, machinery information, work orders, and capital projects
Procuring maintenance materials to maintain accurate inventory for kitting jobs
Comprehending schematics, blueprints, and/or operation/installation manuals
Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned
What You Will Need:
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work in confined spaces
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Demonstrated professionalism through written and verbal communication skills
Mechanical and/or electrical experience in an industrial maintenance environment
Demonstrated problem-solving and time management skills
Experience utilizing precision measurement tools, such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
Demonstrated mathematical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
What Will Put You Ahead:
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP
Experience designing equipment layout for proper plant maintenance and operation
Experience with maintenance planning processes
Experience with predictive technology
