Supports, orientation of the long-term sales vision as well as deploys “Dennis plus” model within a defined area of responsibility and scope.
Leads and provides direction to swine husbandry professionals.
Leads the tactical deployment and execution of plans to buil up “Dennis plus” model. Ensures that the sales organization/teams continuously build and develop integrated relationships with external/internal customers.
Ensures customer connectivity philosophy is effectively deployed to the sales/account management teams and takes direct responsibility for customer satisfaction and business retention. Directly maintains and pursues relationships with more strategic and transactional customers/accounts and collaborates closely with management leadership to support the development of customer relationships.
- Coach and tranfer technique, management to customers

Support and train technique for employees and customers in the farm
Holds direct reports accountable for actively addressing engagement issues and promotes best practices.
Graduate Degree university
3 years experience in swine Farm
Farm management experience required
Communicating effectively with different stakeholders
Ability to convince feeders/ dealers technically
